Service Plans

DeWALT offers a variety of MOBILELOCK service plans to accommodate your security needs. There is a one-time activation fee of $20 per unit and a monthly service fee of $19.95 that includes*:

Nationwide cellular services – Sprint Digital PCS
Unlimited alarm notifications and transmissions
Five free locate credits per unit per month that don’t expire
Unlimited Web site and phone menu access
Customer service and tech support
Use of automated alarm notification system providing notification for up to three people via phone messaging and three others by text message or email

First bill is the month following activation and includes the $20 activation fee and $29.92 for service which is $19.95 for the month billed plus 1/2 month service ($9.92) for the prior month (month unit was activated).
